I have had it since 5/30 and I can honestly say I don't love it and can only think that I will end up taking it out. I am having hair loss but I'm not sure I can blame Mirena since it started the month before I got Mirena. I have had the acne which made me realize how much my face had cleared up once I stopped depo several years ago. So my side effects at this point are raging PMS for 2 weeks of the month, spotting for the next two weeks after that, not justno sex drive but I feel like its all just kinda numb and non existent (THAT'S HOW LITTLE SEX DRIVE), I am much more tired all the time which I have been trying to figure out because nothing has really changed, insomnia more than ever, headaches, horrible cramps with the spotting and other random times of month. I think I will be talking to my husband about the V and I'll look into getting a tubal as well. With being older and having a kid 2 years ago I just don't think my body is going to tolerate hormones well any more. Thanks for sharing your symptoms to make. E take a closer look.
